crashinfo on a 2921 ISR G2

Hello,

A customer has a 2921 that is set up as a CUBE SIP gateway.

It was initially running the c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-1.T.bin image but crashed several times.

The customer wanted a quick fix so updated the IOS to c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-2.T1.bin (latest available a couple of weeks ago) but the problem is still happening.

The router was generating crashinfo files with the older image but has not done so with the newer one. There is plenty of space on the flash card (80MB).

Is there a limit to the number of crashinfo files that can be generated? - there are 10 at the moment.

Try 15.2M or even 15.1M

You can delete the old crashinfo files. Unless you have a support contract, they are of little use.
