Hi Guys,
i am needing some light to solve an issue that came up this week, in attach has an image of my cisco 1841 Software (C1841-ADVSECURITYK9-M), Version 15.0(1), i am facing a CRC number raising so i am concerning about it, can you someone help me to start checking it.
ps. i already changed the cable and also change the port on the switch connected the router, and also was checked mismatched interface configuration, all seems good.
best regards,

Hi Bruno,
Are both interfaces auto/auto or are the speed and duplex defined on either end?

HI dear,
yes both sides are defined as auto/auto, please check the conf attached.
there is any analytics software or even any command that i could use to detect where tese crc comes from.
best regards,

Hi,
Generally, CRC errors are layer one issues (cabling/ports etc).
Can you provide a "show interface" output for the affected interface.

Hi,
Try by hard coding speed & duplex on both sides.
Thx,
