Hello Pramod,
I'm not sure what you mean here.
Usually when two MPLS VPNs need to communicate we speak of extranet.
In MPLS VPN term an extranet can easily implemented by using additional route targets:
Site B needs to import one route target exported by Site A and viceversa.
