CSR 1000v CPU error ?

I'm trying to run the Cisco CSR 1000v on a standalone ESXi 5.1 host and I'm getting the following error:

My host is an IBM x3650 with Intel Xeon X5450 CPUs.  Anyone know what this error is exactly?  I'm guessing my hardware is maybe too old and is missing this popcnt cpu flag?

Hello Zachary,

You could find the Hardware Requirements in release note. You need Intel "Nehalem or later" CPU.
