Delay and Latency during Data Base Replication

Hi Folks

I Have 4 Mbps MPLS Link betwwen Two Sites , I Received Compain fron the Data Base Administrator ,there is a Delay and Latency appears on Logs when the dataBase Replucations occurs

Please Help to solve this issue
