difference between ip base and ipservices for ASR1001?

Can someone point me to the document or explain to me the differences in the Software images for the ASR1001 routers.

Do you have an active contract that allows access to Cisco's Feature Navigator?

Hi,

I have access to Cisco´s Feature Navigator, but when you make a search by ASR1001 platform, and after you choose in "Release" drop box the specific IOS XE version and then in "Feature Set/License(s)" drop box only appear two options: IOS XE UNIVERSAL or IOS XE UNIVERSAL-NO ENCRYPTION. So, you can not compare or know the difference of ip_base and ip_services for ASR1001.
