Hi,
the cisco phone works fine over any media, including adsl, cable and satellite.
If you have cisco routers at the remote locations you will need not to worry about anything as it supports NAT for any SCCP protocol that is generally used for phones.
Hope this helps, please rate post if it does!

Hello,
Do you use CCM or CCME? In either case, do these devices have an interface exposed to the internet to use as TFTP ?
Or, do you use VPN with the 800 routers ?
