DMVPN Tunnel down

Hello All,

We have configured two Tunnels in single ISP link for dual connectivity.

Data center1 router <-------------> Edge Router(Tunnel1)

Data center2 router <-------------> Edge Router(Tunnel2)

Above is the setup of DMVPN Tunnel.

Edge Router#sh dmvpn

N - NATed, L - Local, X - No Socket
# Ent --> Number of NHRP entries with same NBMA peer
NHS Status: E --> Expecting Replies, R --> Responding, W --> Waiting
UpDn Time --> Up or Down Time for a Tunnel

Interface: Tunnel2, IPv4 NHRP Details

Could you please let us know what would be the reason? and i am sure, it is not issue with ISP since one tunnel is up.

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Thanks for your reply.

I can try to explain you in more details.

We have two HUB routers and multiple Spokes routers. In all spokes we have single ISP connection and single Tunnel interface, within Tunnel interface we have created sub tunnel to connect HUB1 and HUB2.

Hope you have cleared.

My problem is when ISP has flapped at Spoke end. Only Tunnel2 which connecting to HUB2 not establishing.

DMVPN routed via BGP routing protocol.

Please suggest your opinions and let me know if you have any questions. Configs of HUB2 and Spoke which is having issue is posted already in previous post. Thanks!

Chandhuru
