Perhaps the major difference between OSPF and BGP, if we're dealing with Internet size route tables, is BGP's capacity to handle a large number of routes (like the 400,000 or so in the Internet).
You could use OSPF between yourself and your ISP (assuming the ISP was willing), but such might only be used for passing your routes to the Internet and receiving just a default.

Thanks a lot Mr.joseph ,
So only because of routing table size we can't use the OSPF on internet ? else anyother difference based on the operation.?
Imagine If internet table size small in that scenarion can we use the OSPF top route traffic between autonomus systems..

As also noted by Mahmoodmkl, Internet also uses BGP for its routing policy management features.
BTW, within an AS, an ISP is probably using an IGP like IS-IS (or OSFP or EIGRP).
