I am currently trying to connect a home network to an Internet Service Provider using a DSL connection and a multi-user cloud. However, my DSL modem is not connecting to the internet. How can I troubleshoot this?

Hello,
what are you trying to accomplish ? I don't think you can connect a DSL modem to a multiuser cloud at all. You need a 'regular' cloud as in the revised attached file...

Hello,
is this a real life or a Packet Tracer problem ? In case of the latter, post your zipped Packet Tracer project (.pkt) file, otherwise: what is the brand/model of your router/modem ? Can you post the configuration ?

Hello,
you need to ZIP the .pkt file, otherwise the system won't let you upload it...
