I have setup a 877 with Adv IP as follows but I can't test till I get to site so not sure if this will work.
ADSL - ISP1
VLAN2 - Linked FE3 - ISP2
VLAN1 - Internal
I have created PBR for NAT.
I have an IP SLA track to mark the routes.
I've done this before on 1800s I think this is OK but I need to create a VPN tunnel that will switch interfaces in the event the main VLAN2 goes down. This is the bit i'm not 100% I can do.
I've attached the config.
They've changed the CBAC and ACL to this new Zones method and it confusing me a bit.

yes, Dual ISP is possible on 877 routers. If you are using backup connection then make sure to configure routing.

Using a VPN that is tied to a physical interface which is one of your ISP uplinks is likely to fall down if that ISP uplink is down.
