Hi,

I want configure Dual ISP on ASA 5506-X (based license).

I tried this procedure (ASDM mode)

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/security/asa-5500-x-series-next-generation-firewalls/118962-configure-asa-00.html

But it does not work. When I unplug the main connection, I lose the connection.
Thanks.
Fabrice.

Telling us the model that you followed is a good start. But for us to be able to identify what is the issue you need to show us what you actually configured. If necessary the ASDM can do a show run which would give you the config to post.

If the routes are learned via DHCP may need to use the dhcp client commands under the interface to apply tracking and distance to a learned dhcp route

Hi  Edward, If one of my ISP's IP is static, and the other IP is learned via DHCP; do I need to use this procedure? what it would be the difference?. Thanks in advance

You would use the commands on the interface which uses DHCP and not on the interface which uses static.
