E1 Internet Line configuration

Dear All....

I want to request your advice about E1 internet Line.

Now I am preparing cisco 2900 series router to set up E1 internet line.

And I will use Hwic 4esw modules card for E1 Line.

But Here is problem.

The module interface card can't configure IP.

And I dont know exactly what i should prepare and configure for this.

If you have time, pls discuss this problem.

thats a  4 port switch-port card for expansion, what model is your 2900? 2901? 2911? etc???

maybe you should try no switchport on the interface.

I don't think the switch card supports routed ports. You would need to use a VLAN with a corresponding VLAN interface.
