EA 6500 BECOMES SLOW THE INTERNET

After I installed the router EA6500, my internet became slow. I connected my PC at the router by cable and  I disconnected all the Wi-Fi device and measured 8,75MB. So, I connected the cable modem directly at the PC (without the router) and measured 17,8MB. Why? Someone could help me? Note: my firmare is 1.1.28.146856.
