Hello, I have an edge router with the following show ver:

ROM: IOS-XE ROMMON

Edge Router uptime is 3 days, 21 hours, 1 minute
Uptime for this control processor is 3 days, 21 hours, 2 minutes
System returned to ROM by reload at 15:40:00 PDT Sat Apr 14 2018
System restarted at 12:13:15 PST Thu Jan 3 2019
System image file is "bootflash:isr4400-universalk9.03.13.04.S.154-3.S4-ext.SPA.bin"
Last reload reason: LocalSoft

The way it happened was I was in config mode putting in a NAT command on this router...next thing you know, all the BGP sessions go down, then the Router reloads itself.  Trying to figure out what happened.

have you looked for crash info files?

show bootflash: | inc crashinfo

show harddisk: | inc crashinfo

also, look into this

https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCvc81806/?rfs=iqvred

sorry I forgot to mention that there is no crash logs; only a bunch of tracelogs.

Can you show us "show logg" ?

also can you show the "tracelogs" files

Hi,

Try to get logs on external Syslog server and find what is happening on the time of soft reload? But there are many bug IDs are also showing that this is a hardware issue. You can book a ticket with TAC and go with RMA.
