Can anyone describe me the difference between EHWIC cards and NIM cards. Thanks in advance.

In simple words, NIM cards have evolved from the enhanced high-speed WAN interface card (EHWIC), increasing port density and module capacity.

For example, they combine data and voice functions in a single module.
