First, the topography:
(ISP Router) [10.0.0.1] < (VLAN 221) > [All VLANs have IPs in their respective subnets and DHCP] (3750 Switch w/IP Routing) < (TRUNK) > (3750g no routing) < (VLAN 323) > Host
I have EIGRP enabled and as you can see in the output below it's showing the proper routing table, and all VLANS are routed from the 3750 next to the router, which then PATs the traffic to the Internet. Any devices on VLAN 323 on the 3750g, while they can get a proper DHCP lease from the 3750, can't be routed to any of the other VLANs, thus can't get out to the ISP. What am I doing wrong? I also tried to do IP routing on the 3750g for that VLAN but it didn't work either.

If I'm on 10.0.0.x address space, everything is fine. As soon as I'm on the 10.23.0.x space it can't route. I don't understand.
