In response to your question. This is what the command is doing:
When you configure the command traffic-share min across-interfaces you are telling the router to distribute traffic across all paths equally even though the paths have unequal metrics.
Why does does this fix the issue?
The error you are getting is a software issue or bug. The error is saying that it cannot install a path in the FIB with an unequal cost weighting of 1 to 60, such as (looks like its the closest):
P 20.0.0.16/30, 2 successors, FD is 33536, serno 71
via 40.0.0.1 (33536/28416), GigabitEthernet3/0
via 40.0.0.6 (2173184/28928), Serial6/0
That means that the FIB is pointing to the adjacency table unequally in a ratio of 1 entry for Serial6/0 for every 60 entries for GigabitEthernet3/0 in order to achieve unequal cost load balancing in CEF.
The issue is that due to a software issue the FIB cannot install the pointers to the adjacency table in that ratio (1 60).
The reason the traffic-share min across-interfaces command fixes this is you are basically falling back to equal cost load balancing or (1 1) when it comes to CEF. For every one pointer in the FIB to Serial6/0 in the adjacency table there is one pointer in the FIB to GigabitEthernet3/0 in the adjacency table. So you are not running into the software error of installing a (1 60) traffic weighting in the FIB.
Hope that answers your questions.

Hi,
Try with a command:
router eigrp 100 distribute-list route-map leftblock in Serial6/0 variance 128 network 3.3.3.3 0.0.0.0 network 40.0.0.0 0.0.0.3 network 40.0.0.4 0.0.0.3 network 40.0.0.8 0.0.0.3 traffic-share min across-interfaces

Hi ,
Variance is just the multiplier, it seems you are using a very high number, try using 2 or 3 and check if that works.

Thanks for the reply
I can understand the concept and use of variance and but why router prompts error if i configure max variance ?
I did just for testing , fortunately i came to know there is something to learn.
thanks in advance.

Hi,
The EIGRP will do unequal-cost load balancing if configured with the variance command. Use the variance n command in order to instruct the router to include routes with a metric of less than n times the minimum metric route for that destination. The variable n can take a value between 1 and 128. The default is 1, which means equal cost load balancing. Traffic is also distributed among the links with unequal costs, proportionately, with respect to the metric.
Note: If a path is not a feasible successor, the path is not used in load balancing

Thanks for the reply
Now I didn't get that error, after applied the command which you told.
could you tell why router is not throwing that error now and what is the meaning of that error ?
Thanks in advance.

Ohh thats cool, I know that command
With the traffic-share command, if there are multiple minimum-cost paths and traffic-share-min is configured, EIGRP will use equal-cost load balancing. By default, the command is set to balanced, where traffic will be distributed proportionally to the ratio of the metrics. For example, if variance is set to 3 and traffic-share is set to balanced, the best route will transport traffic three times that of the worst route.
For a route to be included in unequal-cost load sharing, three other conditions must be met:

Hi,
Sorry for the delay. This seems a software bug/issue because FIB getting failed to install the pointers to the adjacency table in that ratio (1 60).

Can somebody explain what is TID_LIST (topology identifier )
TLV in EIGRP ?
I see that value always 0 in my all routers.
