My customer has a ASR 1001X router and they purchased the 10G interface license. Please see output below from the router for reference:
Question is how can the license be enabled so the get the 10G port up and working?

Can you please try to do a "no shut" under the interface and check?

Have you reboot the device to see if the license will take effect?
