Err: Passthrough failed!

When I configure on MGX the VXSMs (addcon) after configure ATM pvc in RPMs. In VSXM appears following message: Err: Passthrough failed!

And in PXM appears in dspcons command:

9:1.2:2       13 131   Routed         0 0       FAIL      SLAVE  -   Persistent

Why appear this error message when I configure addcon in VXSM:Err: Passthrough failed!  ?????????????

The PIXM by default is limited to  100 signaling ports comprising of 99 assignable ports and 1 control  port, and at the moment you must have reached the maximum with 99 ports

please run  this command "dsppnports"  this command should be run on the PXM.

If the    total ports is near to 99, may be  it is time to expand the memory

Could you  run the command 'dspndparms' this command should be run on the PXM.

If the  option 4 is "NO"

Please expand the memory with this procedure

1.       Run  the command 'cnfndparms' should be run on the PXM.

2.        Select Option 4

3.        And confirm the change by typing 'Yes'

4.       Once this has been done, please try adding the  connection again.
