Error cisco 898

I get this error when I connect console to cisco 898

Contact Cisco TAC and organize for an RMA.  
Tell them the router may be dead.

RMA means Return Merchandise Authorization, basically a procedure to return your router. Where did you buy it ?

could also be a bug. I found the one below. Make sure you run something like the recommended release 15.7.3M8 MD.
