Hello Goutam,

what is the state of the router?

sh proc mem | inc Free

sh debug

sh proc cpu sorted 1min

sh proc cpu | inc util

these lines are very strange they look like low level information like a dump. So I wonder if device has low memory free.

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Hi Giuseppe,

The router is under working condition. I had guess the same. But how can I overcome the issue? Or should I go for Cisco TAC. I am attaching the output of the said.

Thanks & Regards

Goutam

Hello Goutam,

what about memory usage?

in your attachment I can see cpu usage can be considered normal.

I would consider to perform a reload or as you have proposed to open a service request.

the device has an uptime of 30 weeks, not very big indeed but sometimes there are SW issues that come out after long uptime.

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Hi Giuseppe,

I have already rebooted the same & observed for last two days... the same is not appearing.

Thanks for your help.

Goutam
