When the message describes a software forced crash it sounds like it might be a software problem in the image that you are running. And the checksum error as it attempts to load the image also suggests that there is a problem with the image that you are attempting to run. Based on these errors there is also some possibility that there might be a hardware problem that is impacting your flash.
Is this a router that has been running for a while and then this started? If so were any changes made recently? Or is this router a new install and this is your first attempt to use the router?
In any case your best option is to open a case with Cisco TAC about this problem.
