I think a little more information is required but in essence, yes.
You can extend a Layer 2 VLAN as well as other Layer 2 technologies over MPLS, to do Vlan's you normally use EoMPLS (Etherner over MPLS) otherwise known as pseudo-wire services.
These can either be point-point or point-multipoint (L2VFI).

It all depends on how far your "MPLS Cloud" extends and the sort of hardware platforms your using as well as an idea of what your trying to achieve.
