I have three routers connected to a private circuit and routing via EIGRP. The routers are physically located in California, California, and Minnesota. The problem is, when I do a show ip route, I get:
D EX 10.246.174.0/24
[170/26456320] via 172.16.1.252, 08:18:48, GigabitEthernet1/0/1
[170/26456320] via 172.16.1.250, 08:18:48, GigabitEthernet1/0/1
[170/26456320] via 172.16.1.248, 08:18:48, GigabitEthernet1/0/1
Right now traffic is load balancing between the routers instead of using the closest router. How do I filter EIGRP updates to prefer a particular route?

Hi Gregory
i asume that you have a full meshed network.
Normaly you will do this with the metric and not via a fillter because you might what to have backup.
If you what to fillter you might what to have a look a the distribute list.
