Frame-Relay Priority Queuing defaults?

We have a 3845 (v12.4) that has a frame-relay connection on it's S2/0 interface.  

It calls out "priority-queue 1", but there is no frame-relay map class "1".

Does this mean everything goes into the "normal" queue, and it is effectively FIFO ??

Can you post the full configuration of the Serial2/0 interface including subinterfaces, if any? More context is needed to understand the configuration. Thanks!

Sadly, I can not copy the config.  

But if I have an interface that states "Priority-Queue 1", and "1" is not defined anywhere, it would have no effect, right?
