FRF 16 & FRF 16.1

Can some one tell me the difference between frf 16 & frf 16.1. I know one difference where in FRF16.1 we have bandwidth classes ( min. links for which the MFR interface stays up.) Is there any other particular option \ options which differentiates them ?

"Variable Bandwidth Class Support" is the biggest difference between the two.
