GNS3

Hi,

        I am new to networking. I want  use GNS3 to configure routers but i dont know from where to get the ios for all the routers available

in the list present in GNS3.  I need tips on configuring routers too.  Pls let me know if there is any video tutorial available to

configure GNS3. I am unable to download  Stephen Bowler 4dvds. Pls help
