Hi,
I am trying to make a GRE tunnel in a vrf on IOS-XR.
I am able to make the tunnel interface up, but I am not getting the local IPs assigned to the Tunnel interface being shown in the vrf table. My final aim is to form BGP with the local IPs assigned (/30 in my case) to the tunnel interface.
Config:

The Platform is ASR 9K with 6.3.3 IOS XR.

The show command is incorrect.
Could you post the output for the correct command:
sh route vrf Test 109.39.214.217
Should the tunnel destination be reachable via the vrf or the global?
