Help Creating A Simple Bridge

I have been asked to configure a spare cisco to act as a bridge between 2 local networks.  I have created a simply config with a static NAT from one specific device (on the 192 network) to the device on the 10.10.64 network.  It works a treat.  The problem is this router is not the edge of the network router - which is maintained by IPI and Ive been told cannot be changed!

So my question is without changing the default gateway on any devices and without making alterations to the edge router, is it possible that traffic directed to the IP address of the 1st Interface on the router (with address 192.168.250.210) could be re-directed to a specific IP on the second network (i.e. 10.10.64.100, where the 2nd interface IP address lies on that range)

I hope that makes sense!

Help would be much appreciated!

Rob
