Did you remove the following command yet, "ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet0/0"

Mohammad, my WAN connection is connected to University network and univeristy is not giving us any static ip so i though i use static route to forward everthing to the interface and interface is taking addresses from University DHCP server.

If your WAN interface is setup via DHCP then you do not need that command in there. You use that command when there is a static IP configured on your WAN interface and even in that case your default route would not point to the WAN interface itself instead it will point to the next router.

Ok try setting up that DHCP setup on the router instead of the L3 switch. Also you don't need that L3 switch in L3 mode so do you have the "ip default-gateway 172.168.10.1" on it?

Mohammad we only have Catalyst 3560 in our Lab i have 2960 at home i will bring that to uni and will check it on that one, i do have configured default gate on switch as well, just to confirm if anything is wrong with switch i connected router port directly to my laptop but it's the same, i can ping traceroute but can't browse at all. i am going to see if dcp from router is going to give any help..

No 3560 is fine you don't have to connect 2960. Are you able to post the full config's minus the passwords from the router and the switch?

I think i am not going to use router or switch as DCP server, i will use server 2008 r2 at least it's going to allow me to use multiple dns server if one fails.
Thank you Guys, thank you everyone for trying to put your self into my shoe and helping me out with this. I am not going to live my life in this forum .
Good day every one .. And Mohammad brother Eid Mubarak !! .
