username: guxvst@2m.bb.net.sa 

password: 569277

DNS 1: 87.101.xxx.x

DNS 2: 87.101.xxx.x

no. FastEthernet4 is the WAN port. Did you try a different cable ?

I suspect that the power injector has something to do with this.
Check if your router has an inline power module installed (if that is the case, the interface command 'power inline' should be available.

Also, toggle CDP and LLDP on the router:

Router#conf t
Router(config)#cdp run

Router#conf t
Router(config)#no cdp run

Router#conf t
Router(config)#interface FastEthernet4
Router(config-if)#lldp receive
Router(config-if)#lldp transmit

Router#conf t
Router(config)#interface FastEthernet4
