help with WAN solution

Dear All,
Good day ,,
i am looking forward for a WAN solution for my network that help me to utilize my connection bandwidth with nice failover and scalable setup
i have two 7600 router in each site and i contracted with three different service provider for L2 WAN connection with speed as below
SP#1 L2 VPN with 20 mbps
SP#2 L2 VPN with 16 mpbs
SP#2 L2 VPN with 8 mbps
and as you all know 7600 does not support per packet load sharing
please help with ideas for this setup

Per-packet load sharing is not needed and even if possible, would dirsrupt packet arrival order, so it must be avoided.
Just connect the routers freely, and everything will work OK.

thanks for your response, but what i am looking for is the routing solution for such setup putting in mind that one of the two site is the main site with many networks and the other is a branch
what is better using static routing or routing protocol (if which is better) how the filaover scenario should work

Of course it wil be a routing solution. For example, you can use OSPF that has great stabilty and excellent features.
Note, you will need a senior engineer to make everything work. If you are not qualified or certified, do not attempt do things yourself.
