Hmm, appears to be mostly interrupt CPU. How much traffic isn't much?
Any thing "special" about the configuration?

Thanks Joseph,
Traffic is around 40 -60M . "special config. " I have created 8 traffic shapes on the inside and out side interfaces

Is that aggregate, or in each direction?

If aggregate, then your CPU utilization seems high although can't say what the CPU impact is for 8 shapers.

Dear Joseph,
Thanks for the reply. I found out that Actually high cpu caused due to traffic usage occurred time to time. Problem was it's not captured on show interface summary ( even with load interval 30 )

Ah, well that what normally drives high interrupt CPU, i.e. traffic forwarding, in your case, probably microbursts. Your shapers probably contribute to a higher CPU for that traffic than just the traffic forwarding needs.
Thanks for letting us know.
