I am experiencing the high CPU utilization (>30%) than the usual (<10%) on Cico 7609-S router post an IOS upgrade to 12.2(33)SRE8 and equipping a new Line Card (76-ES+XT-4TG3C). The sorted output of PROC CPU shows the 2 TTY processes 'Online Diag EEM' and 'RPC online_diag_' shows at the top.
Is anyone aware about the reason behind this increased utilization? How can I get it back to normal value?
