I have the cisco ISR 4321/K9 router.
the software version on it is Version 15.5(3)S4b. i have this poblem too. what colud be the issue on it ?

what could be the reason for this. there is a software bug in version 15.3 in my knowledge but that fixed in 15.5 version. ???
