I have to know how much BUM traffic cross over my DCI link , its vPC over dark fiber

what monitor tools could i use to  catch that

Anything that does SNMP polling could show you that. Those counters are under the interface(s) of MIB-II. Here are a couple of tools-

Solarwinds

Cisco Prime

Cacti/MRTG

Linux and CLI/Python
