it really speaks the routers it supports but I don't see the command to activate it

Can you post the output what is the error you getting ?

securityk9 I have it activated but it is test mode soon it expires I have an isr 1100 and I do not see how to activate securityk9_npe

I've never used NPE before. But my understanding was that you have to load the corresponding npe-image to the router. Have you done that?

No, put it on a tftp-server (like tftp64) and just copy it from the router-cli to the routers flash and make it active.
