How to lock LTE band on EHWIC-4G-LTE-G ?

Hi all,

I have a Cisco 1921 router (15.3(3)M8a) with EHWIC-4G-LTE-G card. Everything is working, but I'd like to lock the 4G band that the modem is using. Two bands are currently available on this location: band 3 (1800 MHz) and band 20 (800 MHz). The modem tends to choose the latter, but it's a lot slower than the 1800MHz band.

I think the modem itself (Sierra Wireless MC7710) has support for locking the band by using AT commands. Problem is that I haven't figured out how to access the AT command interface. I've tried to enable "reverse telnet" to line 0/1/0 (tty 19) without success. On a C819 router I could telnet to the modem line by setting a loopback address on the router and login, exec and password for the line, but with this EHWIC the telnet port 2000+line number won't become available.

So my question is, is there a way to lock the LTE band on EHWIC-4G-LTE-G ?

Thanks!
