I've just had a new WAN link installed (OC3). I'd like some input in how I can test this circuit for latency, bacndwidth etc.. This is my first time I'm doing this so I don't know what I should look out for and what tools I should use.
A bit of a rhetorical question, IF you have an OC-3 why would you want to test the
bandwidth? Its either an OC-3 or its not
