iBGP with HSRP issue

I have attached a diagram and router configurations.

We have a Primary Internet pipe(Blue) and a Secondary Internet pipe(Red) to the same ISP.

eBGP is running on the internet interfaces and iBGP is running on the inside interfaces.

We are receiving the default route only, from our ISP.

I have HSRP running on the inside interfaces of the ISR Routers.

Active is C-F-ISR4331-1.

We were operating on our Primary Interface when we lost internet.

During troubleshooting I did a "show ip route 0.0.0.0/0". The path was to the iBGP peer.

However the Active router C-F-ISR4331-1 didn't fail over.

Was this because of Object 3, and the default route being propagated from C-F-ISR4331-1?

Obviously my tracking mechanisms are not doing the job.

Any ideas?

One other thing. I did add below after this event, and researching...

neighbor xx.xx3.70.157 route-map LOCALPREF in
!
route-map LOCALPREF permit 10
 set local-preference 200
!

Thanks.
