hi. everybody. does anybody knows if router RV042 Firmware Version : 
v4.2.3.10 (Oct 4 2019 12:23:19) have IKEv2?

I don't think IKEv2 is supported on the RV042 at all. I couldn't find an option to configure it, the VPN Configuration Guide (linked below) has no mention of it either...
