Hello,

Try rebooting the device. Sometimes those virtualized instances are glitchy. If that does not work delete R8 and replace it with a new Router in the EVE-NG lab

Hope that helps

Hi David,

Thanks for getting back to me I actually already wiped the router and was experiencing the same issues, so I replaced it with a new router (same version though) and was still experiencing the same issue. I will try that again and maybe switch to a different version of the router and will let you know if that works.

Thanks again,

Al-Hussein

Ok. If that doesn't work save configurations and restart the EVE-NG server. I don't see anything in the config that would make it shut down unless you didn't have an active link connecting that interface to another device.

Ok, perfect If it doesn't work, I will definitely try that. And yes, I do have a device connecting to this device with an active link. I should have mentioned that

Switching to a Cisco vIOS router worked for me thanks again for your help David!
