IOS suggession

Hai,

My organisation is plannig to move to MPLS technology with dual homing for ther entire branches.currentlu they are connected their banches using convesional Lease lines with Cisco 3845 as core roter and 1841 as branch router.

The IOS nad hardware details of the current router is following

Router:1841

DRAM:256K

Flash:64MB

IOS file:c1841-advsecurityk9-mz.124-19b.bin

Router:3845

DRAM:512K

Flash:64MB

IOS filr:c3845-advsecurityk9-mz.buffer_leak_fix.bin

For our New setup(MPLS) we need to enable BGP 4, IPSEC and QOS

Pllease suggest a sutable and stable version IOS for our 1841 and 3845 router (No of branches will be in between 1000-2000)

Your help will be more helpfull

Hi

Is your existing network is running with IPSec And QOS? I guess you will be using ipv4 bgp. The reason is that BGP on the CE is a mature technology. So, may not be much issue.
