IOS-XE Upgrade - ASR 903 with 2 RSP cards with SSO enabled

Hi,

I need to upgrade my ASR-903 router that has 2 RSP cards for redundancy. 

My question is : how can i proceed with this upgrade and have no traffic disruption (if possible) ? Is there any documentation for this scenario?

Complementary info: 
Current version : asr900rsp2-universalk9_npe.03.16.02a.S.155-3.S2a-ext.bin

Target version : asr900rsp2-universalk9_npe.03.18.06.SP.156-2.SP6-ext.bin

RSP PID : A900-RSP2A-128

Configured Redundancy Mode : SSO
