IOS XR 4.3.2 Log message : eem_ed_wdsysmon_edm[200]: %HA-HA_EM-7-FMFD_CONNECTION_FAIL : Could not connect to /dev/fm/fd_wdsysmon.d/node0_7_CPU0 : No such file or directory

I have been observing following log message intermittently on live devices, can anyone help me understand what its about and either could impact device or service.

I had this issue and I didn't find much information from cisco and what i found is the following link which also doesn't give the whole picture about the log as no workaround no impact information;
