IP FLOW EGRESS on 7600

Hi.

Anyone aware why ip flow egress is not functioning on 7600?

When I do "sho ip cach flow", I can see only inbound flows.

according to netflow command reference only ip flow ingress is supported on C7600

Cisco 7600 Series Platforms

The ip flow ingress command is supported on the Supervisor Engine 720 in PFC3B and PFC3BXL mode.

The ip flow ingress command is supported on the Supervisor Engine 2 with a PFC2.

In Release 12.2(18)SXF and later releases, to create a NetFlow entry, you need to enter the ip flow ingress command. In releases prior to Release 12.2(18)SXF, the NetFlow entries are created automatically.

Hello Allan,

according to Feature Navigator the feature Netflow egress accounting is supported on C7600 in more modern releases like 15.0S - 15.2S they require moving to the licensing model.

do search by feature

type Netflow select filter then scroll down the features until you find Netflow egress accounting use add button in the middle then continue on the far right

Hi,

It seems 7600 platform do not support Egress Netflow. TAC engineer said its not going to work even changing IOS, thogh I am not sure about upgrading SUP. I was able to configure "ip flow egress" but no egress flows were visible and exported to collector.

Please refer this URL which says no support for egress netflow.
