IPBASE TO IPSEC

Hi 

I am installing a ASR 1001 for crypto services, the device have the ipbase IOS-XE, but in order to activate the crypto service i installed the IPSEC license, but i can´t access to crypto options, i am trying to install k9 adventerprise but is not posible. ¿How Can I fix this  problem?.

Make sure that the image you have installed on the router is actually a K9 image.  When I first got my pair of 1001-X routers I was going nuts because I had the Crypto license installed, but couldn't get any of the features to work. Finally I realized that it had the "asr1001x-universal" image from the factory, instead of the "asr1001x-universalk9" image that I needed.
