The only information missing is ACL 100 which will define the source / destination addresses to be encrypted and the interface to which you will apply the crypto map.

it would be geatfull if any explination would be  line by line about those conf...

It is been established IPsec vpn b/w ASA to cisco 881. 

my query is.. how could i verify these VPN connectivity.. pls give me few commands to verify...

Also, pls explain what is the defferent of establishing VPN b/w ASA to ASA and in cisco router.
