Is Cisco 550X capable of EIGRP?

Hi All,

 

I have just one simple question. We are planning to buy Cisco 550X and would like to know if it is capable of EIGRP routing? I checked with its datasheet and it did not mention about EIGRP unlike other cisco l2/l3 switches. Many thanks in advance...

Hello,

 

unfortunately it does not support EIGRP. It only supports RIPv2. Check Table 1 in the datasheet linked below...

As per the document it does not support any other IGP, except RIP .

Hi, 

It will not support EIGRP. You can work with RIP2
